The Graco Quattro Tour Stroller provides a great foundation of the Graco Quattro Tour Travel System. The Graco stroller is a full-size stroller with an aluminum frame. It has a one-hand folding, one-touch brakes, a multi-position reclining seat that includes fully reclined for infants, a drop-down basket that can be accessed even while the seat is reclined, and a sunshade that will rotate to cover all of the angles that you will need.
There are plenty of spaces you can put your drinks and other items. Lots of nooks – great for outdoor festivals, pools, and parks. There is the parent tray with 2 cup holders, the front tray also has a cup holder for your baby, and one good thing is it swings open for easier access as your baby grows into the toddler years.
The Quattro Tour Stroller has a respectable 50 lb weight limit and for its size and price the stroller has decent steering, certainly better than the average full-size baby travel system strollers. The stroller has sturdy wheels which give it good maneuvering and a smooth push and ride. The handles are well padded and very comfortable.
Another hard to find feature this stroller/seat has is the rotating canopy-you can shield your baby from the sun from any angle. The canopy is good-sized and it will rotate around to cover your baby from the sun or weather from almost any position needed.

The assembly of the stroller is very easy. It should take you between 10-15 minutes to put it together because it comes almost completely assembler. Basically all you have to do is put on the wheels and a few accessories.

Some of the less expensive travel systems by Graco include a SnugRide with a back-adjust harness, but the child car seats included with this Quattro Tour Deluxe Travel System are the front-adjust version, which is much easier to use properly. Also, a good feature is you can use the SnugRide seat without its base.
The SnugRide 32 Infant Car Seat is about 1.5 pounds heavier than the average car seat, but it holds a child up to 32 pounds instead of the standard 22 pounds. You would expect it to be a little heavier because of the larger weight limit.
The seat is very easy to get in and out of the base and the base is very simple and easy to install. You can push a button and pull out the straps for easier and more comfortable entry for your baby, and then pull the strap to tighten it back up.
The gender-neutral design is great. The fabric is soft and smooth and the Townsend pattern is lovely-understated brown and sea foam green, which will work easily with a boy or girl.
This travel system will accept all Graco SnugRide, SnugRide 32 and Infant Safe Seat Car Seats.
The infant car seat is the most important part of the travel system, and you can’t go wrong with the front-adjust SnugRide 32.
Cons:
The biggest complain about the Graco Quattro Tour Deluxe Travel System is that the stroller is quite large. But, that is the case with most full-size strollers. If you drive a car instead of a SUV you may try putting the stroller in upside down. This will be a lot easier than trying to squeeze it in the right-side up. Also, it may be difficult to load it with one hand, but you can fold it and unfold it with one hand.
